Shipping Policy

At Xooma Worldwide, our goal is to process and ship your order quickly and efficiently so you can begin enjoying our products as soon as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. observed holidays).
  • Orders received by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time are typically shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping may be delayed for additional order verification and fraud review.
  • Tracking numbers are provided inside the Xooma Member Portal back office, allowing you to log in anytime to view real-time shipping updates.
  • All orders are shipped from our facility at 150 Research Drive, Hampton, Virginia 23666.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL services. The carrier and shipping method will be selected based on the destination, order size, and best available delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. Domestic Orders: Generally arrive within 2–7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the selected service and destination.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary based on destination country, customs processing, and chosen shipping service.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, destination, and service selected. From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping discounts.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. Orders returned to Xooma Worldwide due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
